What the service is

iStampr lets a business run a loyalty programme whose cards are held in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Accounts are set up by us, by arrangement, rather than by self-service signup.

Your account

You are responsible for who you give access to and for what your staff do with it. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.

Your customers and your data

The customer records in your programme are yours. We process them to run the service for you and for nothing else. If you leave, you can take an export of them with you.

Rewards are yours to honour

You decide what your rewards are and what they are worth. We record what has been earned and redeemed, but the promise to the customer is yours, not ours.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and will tell you about planned work. We do not promise it will never be unavailable. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are run by Apple and Google, and pass delivery depends on them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing, to impersonate another business, or to break the law where you operate.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. We will give reasonable notice if we need to stop providing the service, and will help you export your data.
